Shipping

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured by FedEx.  FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must select USPS shipping from the options when you choose your shipping.  For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Canada Orders:
Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower than Standard Shipping.

International Orders:
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Nude Food suggests you pay these fees, as we are not responsible for them ever, even if you decline the package.  Please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Recycled Packaging:
In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse. We use 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.
