I've been making these a lot lately, because each batch I make seems to disappear within a couple days, between us and our friends! Children love them, too!

To make the "cookie" part:

Add to food processor:

- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (or carob powder)
- 1/4 cup vanilla agave nectar
- 1 Tbs ground vanilla

Process until cookie batter is a smooth, even consistency. Spread onto a teflex sheet about 1/8th to 1/4th i...

This is our new favorite beverage! It's even become a daily ritual as winter approaches and the mornings become chilly... I wake up at dawn every morning (I never did that before I had a baby...haha!), watch the sun rise, and enjoy my gently warmed mug of Superfood Coffee (we started making it by the gallon and keeping it in the fridge for quick access each morning!).

To make a blender full (triple this to make a gallon):

- 1/2 cup Vanilla Agave Nectar (http://www.nudefood.com/shop/cart.php?m=product...

I have been a durian fiend on and off for the 8 years I've been raw... I used to eat large quantities of the whole frozen durians from oriental markets. Since I feel somewhat questionable about the quality of those, I was so happy when we discovered Wild, Shade-Dried Jungle Durian (http://www.nudefood.com/shop/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=159)!! And I created a deliciously duriany pudding recipe:

 Wild Durian Pudding

- 2 cups Coconut Mylk (made by blending 1 cup Coconut Flakes (http://www.nudefood....
