This is an awesome, thick, creamy beverage reminiscent of the blue bell days...

6 Tbsp Lucuma

1 Quart Wild Harvested Spring Water

1/2 Cup Honey (or Vanilla Agave Nectar)

1/2 tsp Sun fire Salt

1 tsp Irish Moss Powder (available from SeaVeg.com) - You could also use 2 Tbsp Irish Moss gel

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Non-GMO Lecithin

2 Tbsp Tocotrienols

1 Tbsp Mesquite

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Ground Vanilla

Blend well and Enjoy chilled!!
