easy peasy YUM SOUP 5 Months, 1 Week ago
i'm pausing my current meal just to write this recipe/review

* frugal nourishing & delicious *

everytime i make this recipe i end up consuming most of the first batch and require making more in order to be stocked up for the next day... this recipe is that good! i have no idea what inspired me to blend edamame beans, oh yeah i had a craving for hempseeds, but felt like having it blended, and then a thought appeared that "edamame and hempseeds would be delicious together..." and so i made that. it was good, but too "nutty" flavored for me. i wanted something smoother, creamier, less flavorful.

so i started just blending up edamame beans with my Kangen water. oh.my.gosh. i started adding a decent amount of salt*, and i swear this is by the most satisfying savory dish i make for myself. let me repeat... oh.my.gosh.

then today... as i was contemplating how much I love Mr. David Favor's Tryptophan Drink (which includes blended chia with small amounts of bliss powder, bee pollen, tocos and agave) I was considering how it feels like I'm drinking liquid oxygen, and how on certain I just want to suck it down and eat nothing else (aside from Vita C). then this morning, as I was preparing portable foods for my upcoming weekend getaway, I thought hmm... chia is flavor neutral.. i love drinking it blended.. i adore my green edamame soup... LETS try the two together.

so this is what I have done. and while i was eating this creation i became so overwhelmed with gratitude and so I was inspired to boot up my computer and write this down for everyone to consider. it is delicious. and i add tocotrienals in it for added longevity (not like it lastes anyways and also because i know tocos are super good for my body as I re-generate my tissues.

anyways... xxo! and yeah, I love experiencing Radical Health.

*I ony use Sun Fire Salt... actually all my products come from NudeFood...

oh and be sure to eat only Non-GMO edamame, there is a huge difference. Whole Foods house brand is non-GMO and so is Sun Rich Naturals
